ReelStudio, Privacy Policy

1. Information we store

• Account: your email address and account identifier, provided through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Generated content: the topics you submit and the videos and thumbnails ReelStudio produces for you.
• Connected accounts: when you connect Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, we store the access and refresh tokens for those accounts, along with the connected account's id and username. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to operate the service: to authenticate you, to generate your videos, and to publish content to the social accounts you connect, at your request. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Third-party services

To provide the service we send data to: OpenAI (to generate scripts), Pexels (to fetch stock footage), Cloudflare R2 (to host your finished videos so the social platforms can retrieve them), and the social platforms you choose to connect. Each processes data under its own policies.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual reels at any time, and disconnect any social account (which deletes the stored tokens and revokes access). To delete your entire account and associated data, see our Data Deletion page.
