ReelStudio, Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ReelStudio. Because the service delivers digital content (generated videos) immediately, refunds are offered under the limited conditions below.

1. When you can get a refund

You are eligible for a full refund of your most recent subscription payment if both of the following are true:

In other words, if you try the service, generate three or fewer videos, and decide it is not for you, you can get your money back. Once you have generated more than 3 videos in a billing period, that period's payment is non-refundable, since the service has been substantially used.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund, eligibility is covered in section 1.

3. Billing errors

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, we will refund the error in full regardless of usage. Just contact us.

4. How to request a refund

Email mwibutsa.dev@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Refund request". We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
